Day 01: AIRPORT / COLOMBO
Welcome to Sri Lanka! Your journey with Euro Asia Travels begins today as you arrive in Colombo. Upon your arrival, you will be met by our representative of Euro Asia Travels with signage and a fresh garland of flowers. Day 02: COLOMBO
After breakfast morning at leisure. Optional: Keep yourself busy with live cookery demonstration conducted by Mohara Dole or enjoy a fascinating old Colombo walking tour with Mark Forbes. Day 03: COLOMBO / SIGIRIYA
After breakfast checkout and leave for Sigiriya to climb the rock citadel, a monolith converted into a secure fort by king Kashyapa. Check in at the hotel and relax. Evening at leisure to recharge your batteries for a busy tour over the next few days. Overnight stay in Sigiriya

Day 04: SIGIRIYA / POLONNARUWA / MINNERIYA / SIGIRIYA
Today, it is all about culture and heritage. Following an early breakfast, you will be transferred to Polonnaruwa, one of the best planned archaeological relic sites in the country, standing testimony to the discipline and greatness of the Kingdom’s first rulers. Enjoy an afternoon game drive at Minneriya National Park to witness famous elephant gathering. Late evening proceed back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Sigiriya

Day 05: SIGIRIYA / DAMBULLA / MATALE / KANDY
After breakfast, check out and embark on an excursion to discover Dambulla’s cave paintings and Buddha statues that emphasis the artistic talent of ancient days. Continue on to visit a spice garden in Matale, where smells of cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, nutmeg and mace which overwhelm the senses. Following your sightseeing, you continue on to your accommodation in Kandy. Check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Kandy

Day 06: KANDY
Set out this morning to visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic, the most sacred site for Buddhists of the world over. This afternoon visit Peradeniya to see the Royal Botanical Garden, a pleasure garden which was built by a Sinhala King and was expanded by the British. In the evening, view the cultural performance in Kandy which offers the opportunity to see a few traditional Kandyan dances at one of the city’s cultural performance centres. Day 07: KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA
Today is dedicated to the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and board the scenic train bound from Peradeniya to your hill country destination, an area with tea covered hills, gushing waterfalls, and scenic beauty. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel where you will spend the next two nights. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya

Day 08: NUWARA ELIYA
After a relaxing breakfast, pay a visit to a tea factory where you could experience the sights, sounds and aromas of arguably the best Tea in the world being produced. Head back to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya

Day 09: NUWARA ELIYA / YALA
After breakfast leave for Yala gazing at breathtakingly beautiful Ella Gap and passing the cascading Rawana Ella Water Falls. Check in at your hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Yala

Day 10: YALA
This morning, you will be taken on a morning safari at Yala National Park which is also known as one of the most celebrated wildlife parks in Sri Lanka simply because it is indeed the best place in the world to spot leopards. We recommend an early morning or late afternoon game drive to elevate your chances of spotting the most animals. Overnight stay in Yala

Day 11: YALA / GALLE
After breakfast, you will leave Yala and head down south to the coastal town of Galle. En route make a stop to see stilt fishing, termed as ritipanna, is a traditional fishing method practiced by fishermen along the Southern coast. Continue to Galle and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Galle

Day 12: GALLE
After breakfast spend the morning at leisure. Optional: You may enjoy the authentic cinnamon experience or pay a visit to the Handunugoda tea plantation which produces the famous 'Virgin White Tea', a tea untouched by hand which has attracted attention from tea aficionados all over the world. Evening wander along the ramparts of Galle Fort which is known as an archaeological and architectural heritage monument. Overnight stay in Galle

Day 13: DEPARTURE
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and bid your farewell to this little paradise as you are transferred from your hotel to the airport to board your homebound flight.
